Daily Food and Workout Logging for January 4th

there was an error when Phil did it so he is making more work for me… its all an attempt by him to keep me busy with this stuff and can’t workout so he can outdo me in the gym…I see through his little game… ok gotta go workout now!  Smile

    b:3 eggs, 1 piece of bacon, 3 cups of coffee
    s:bag of veggies (carrots, radishes, green peppers, and celery). 1 oz of sunflower seeds.
    L: 4.5oz of chicken on a garden salad w/vinegar dessing
    d:5.50z caraway seed chicken w bacon.
