Still reading The Paleo Solution although I skipped ahead to look at the 30 day plan and recipe section... saw that Robb doesn't seem to have a problem with a little bit of sugar on occasion, or at least the guy that put together the recipes doesn't (and I didn't see an anti-sugar chapter, but the no grains, legumes and dairy message came across loud & clear!)...

    Some recipes called for or allowed a "low sugar marinara sauce" or a bit of honey or maple syrup... does Robb address this deviation from Dr. Cordain in a particular podcast or elsewhere as well as making allowances for peas and green beans?
