Breakfast: egg/turnip casserole and a few almonds. Coffee Snack/Lunch: lara bar Late Lunch: Broccoli cheese soup and a side salad. Dinner: salad with leftover flank steak. A few dates and nuts. Dessert: paleo key lime pie.
Day 17 B- Sausage, OJ, Fish oil, Latte L- Kielbasa, Stirfry veggies, Lara bar S- Almond maple butter (the kind that comes from a tree :)), banana D- Chicken, potato
