    B- breakfast casserole with bacon, eggs, spinach and turnips. Coffee.
    S- apple with 1T almond butter.
    L - green salad with HB egg. A few slices of roast beef.
    S - small piece of chocolate. Snap peas. Nuts. Coffee.
    D- flank steak with chimichurri, grilled asparagus, sauteed arugula.

    WOD - Tabata This. PR

    L-steak, sweet potato bacon salad
    S-carrots, walnuts
    D-steak burger, sweet potato bacon salad, spinach, guac
    S-ham, banana, pb
    few bites leftover birthday cake

  3. B ~ 5B - tarragon chicken w/green beans, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers and salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, white wine vinegar & EVOO
    L ~ 5B - Ice Cafe Chicken Stirfry (extra veggies in lieu of rice), water with lemon
    S ~ 1B - 1 hardboiled egg, banana with cashew butter
    D ~ 5B - raspberry balsamic rosemary chicken, tart cherries, handful sunflower seeds, handful mixed nuts

    WOD - power cleans & Annie (PR from last week)

    D - spinach, red leaf lettuce salad w/ homemade paleo dresing; bacon and cottage cheese; veggies and dip

    Work out: chasing 4 second graders at the zoo for 5 hours

    L- Grass fed beef steak, stir fry veggies, latte
    S- Sm slice pizza, 3 bites birthday cake
    D- Kielbasa and Cauliflower garlic mash

    WOD: 1 1/2Hr Tennis
