May 15 Brunch: half a grilled chicken breast, asparagus, and a few almonds. Coffee with coconut cream. Snack: slice of key lime pie Dinner: Paleo pizza toppings. The crust was a failure so I avoided it. Frozen kiwi fruit. Another slice of paleo key lime pie :/and a few more almonds.
B ~ 4B - honey balsamic chicken with onion, yellow squash, dried cherries, mushrooms, and fresh strawberries, 6 almonds, 3 cashews, green tea L ~ 4B - honey balsamic chicken with onion, yellow squash, dried cherries, mushrooms, and roasted veggies D ~ 5B - steak fajitas w/ 3 corn tortillas, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, rice, little bit of beans, 2/3 of a Nanas No Gluten Lemon Cookie (thanks but no thanks mom!)(too much starch!), herbal tea
WOD - playing in park w/nephew... tried dips on parallel bars, swinging, climbing a basketball net pole, kicked and threw a ball around, etc.
