    D - rotissiere chicken, asparagus, strawberry, clementine orange
    S- couple bites chocolate cake w/coconut buttercream icing, handful dark chocolate disks, almonds, dried fruit - BLEH!!OD!

    Breakfast: fried egg and ham in lettuce wrap
    Lunch: leftover kabobs and salad
    Dinner: Another salad and one slice of pizza.
    Snacks: 6 almonds. T almond butter with honey. 1oz cheese.

    Read up on good calories/bad calories.

    S - veggie staws (was starving!)
    D - Tuna casserole (my little girl was demanding it!, all ingredients good, except noodles)

    B - 1 egg omelet (broc, mush, onion, bacon bits) OJ, Latte, Fish oil
    L - Pork tenderloin, roasted veggies, grapes
    S - Lara bar, popcorn, latte
    D - Clam chowder, crab cake, salad, blackened salmon with amazing lobster n aspargus stuffed raviolis in white cream sauce, red wine
