    S- handful dried fruit, almonds

  4. B ~ 3B - beef jerky, chicken w/cherry vinaigrette, banana with sunbutter, black tea
    S ~ 2B - light tuna fish, 9 almonds
    L ~ 4B - Crown Plaza del Sol Spinach Salad with prosciutto, dried cherries, spiced walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette (minus parmesan) & grilled chicken
    S ~ 2B - chicken, cabbage soup
    D ~ 4B - chicken with onion, yellow squash, & carrots; broccoli & cauliflower with lemon juice, EVOO and McCormick Lemon Herb, small apple with spoon of sunbutter

    PR 100M run (and Nate since it was the first time, but I'll count that tomorrow :) )

  6. Breakfast: beef kabob. Coffee with coconut cream
    Snack: lara bar
    Lunch: grazed on coldcuts, jerkey, vegetables, and strawberries.
    Dinner: beef kabobs and salad. I ate desert and cheese/crackers.

    L- Grass fed beef, stir fry veggies, banana
    S- Hummus with cukes and carrot dippers, Lara Bar
    D- Steak and spinach salad
    WOD= Advanced pre-schooler and dog wrestling
