May 6 Breakfast: 2 eggs fried with some ham Lunch: chicken sausage and sauteed brussels sprouts Snack: a lara bar (my first of the challenge!) and a few almonds Dinner: chicken kabob, a few sweet potato fries at happy hour and a lettuce wrap. 2 glasses of wine.
B - bacon, dates, coffee w/ milk L - chicken, mushrooms, onions and broccoli S - stawberries; turkey D - 2 slices of pizza; 1 beer (it's Friday!) PR in work out today!
