    ~ 3 oz slow cooked chicken
    2 small apricots, ~ 1 cup raw zucchini, 5 fresh cherries
    3 macadamia nuts
    (plus 1 cup of water, multivitamin & fish oil)

  4. Morning Snack
    1 Can Tuna (Squirt of Brown Mustard)
    1 Apple
    Small Handful of mixed nuts

    Lunch
    1 Caveman Mix

    Dinner
    Roast Beef (size of Palm)
    Cup of Roasted carrots and Onions

    Mistakes
    Poptart and Snack size candy bar
    I was stressed and ate these things, not sure why I ate those things. I am my own worst enemy sometimes.

  5. 10 block day

    bfast
    3 eggs 1/2 tsp olive oil 3/4 cup plain strawberries

    lunch
    3 oz chicken
    greens, tomatoes, cucumbers oil and vinegar dressing

    snack 1 oz pork green peppers

    dinner

    5 finger sized shrimp about 3 0z
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    cucumber - 1 cup fresh strawberries
