Food!

So you have been Crossfitting for awhile now and you are starting to firm up so you are loving it. That's commendable...Good job! But is that enough for you? Is your job to be "better" or "FREAKING AMAZING!!" ?? If you answered the latter, and you are curious about the next level, begin weighing and measuring your paleo food and feel free to use this blog to record your efforts so that i may see what you are eating thereby making you a little more accountable. I have little pocket notebooks for food logs as well for any member that is interested in going that route. Whatever works for you!
