    Crashed today:o(

    3 hour walk at Oak Openings park. Hunger hit me during walk.
    3 pieces bacon, orange, 4 homemade chocolate chip with walnut cookies, cauliflower, water
    Later I finished off 5 more cookies. Felt sick, so I diluted it with a tumbler of water.
