    Breakfast: 2 egg scramble with spinach, mushroom and squash.
    Lunch: leftover grilled chicken and garlic ginger bok choi
    Snack: bag o' grapes and an apple with almond butter. Tea. 10 walnuts.
    Dinner: Paleo chicken nuggets, sweet potato, steamed brussels sprouts. 1.5 glasses of wine.
    Water.

    WOD @ home - 200 squats for time.

  3. Always wake up with 1 cup of coffee (I've been forgetting to post it everyday)
    coconut oil, banana, walnuts, water
    grapefruit, cauliflower, eggs, water, cod liver oil/high vitamin butter oil
    lots of banana chips (my down fall)
    avocado, apple, tomatoe, salmon, water
    chicken, rainbow chard, banana chips(addicting),
    water

    L-chicken slider on paleo "bun," chili with cauliflower, celery and cucs
    S-half orange, handful nuts, latte
    D-steak salad with spinach, carrots, cucs, sliced almonds, dired cherries (no added sugar), ranch dressing, few oven fries
    S-spoonful peanut butter
    PR-30-20-10 workout

    Paleo beef and bacon chilli with veggies, tea
    Barely got all my categories in for points, having a difficult time swallowing with my sore throat(yes, insert joke here)
    Taking tons of natural meds (zinc, vitamin C, B-12, herbal teas) and lots of water!
