Breakfast: 2 egg scramble with spinach, mushroom and squash. Lunch: leftover grilled chicken and garlic ginger bok choi Snack: bag o' grapes and an apple with almond butter. Tea. 10 walnuts. Dinner: Paleo chicken nuggets, sweet potato, steamed brussels sprouts. 1.5 glasses of wine. Water.
Always wake up with 1 cup of coffee (I've been forgetting to post it everyday) coconut oil, banana, walnuts, water grapefruit, cauliflower, eggs, water, cod liver oil/high vitamin butter oil lots of banana chips (my down fall) avocado, apple, tomatoe, salmon, water chicken, rainbow chard, banana chips(addicting), water
