Breakfast: one c coffee with almond milk. 2 hb eggs. 1/2 grapefruit. Lunch: big salad with lots of veggies. egg and avocado for protein. Snack: a few walnuts and 1oz beef. Cauliflower. Tea Dinner: Flank steak with chimichurri, grilled broccoli. Satsuma for desert.
