Challenge Ends tonight at 10pm – Things to know

Google is having trouble adding comments using the Google account so use the Name/URL and just type in your name to submit your food log.

Must have all your points submitted by 10pm tonight.  Look through the report if you see any problems let me know by 10pm tonight (txt me at 419.206.1753)

Work out tomorrow at 12pm and Party at 1pm, Bring a Paleo friendly dish.

Challenge House Keeping

I have added a link to “View my Report” under the “Daily Points Submission” Link.  This report will allow you to see your points (as well as everyone else’s.)  I did this because it looks like people are making mistakes with their daily points submission.  Some people have submitted the same day twice or not at all.  Please look over your points and verify everything is correct.  Add the days you missed and send me an email at philbaskey@bex.net for mistake corrections.  If you have not attempted to fix your points by Friday I will do it for youSad smile

Everyone seems to be doing really well but …

..I am seeing lara bars in food logs with some regularity. If you are trying to lose weight you really have watch how much of these you consume.

Stay strictly paleo for a few more weeks, peoples!  Practice saying NO to neolithic food; it can be very empowering and gets easier the more you do it!
