is going to noon CrossFit coach/train at Lifesport Fitness with some great peeps, then hang out with some more great peeps, and then play music in Tontogany and hang with even more great peeps... and i think thats just great, peeps!
may 26 2010 breakfast.2 hard boiled eggs whole apple tabelspoon peanut butter mid breakfast nothing sorry im tryin though lunch 1/2 chicken breast grilled side of corn dinner 1 oz of grilled steak broclli and a tabelspoon of peanut butter... and snack..nothin still working on that to.
