    Monday 8/29

    2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 2 sausage links
    tomato/cuke salad, 2 chicken thighs, plum
    roast pork loin, sweet potato, tossed salad, tomatoes, onions, peppers

    Scrambled eggs with onions, mushrooms & peppers; one-half avocado; coffee

    Three bun-less hotdogs w/o condiments; fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers and red peppers)

    Clif protein bar

    Rotisserie chicken with tossed salad with homemade EVOO sugar free dressing

    Monday

    Water with each meal;
    3 slices bacon; coffee and 6 grapes
    Homemade chicken salad; roasted almonds; fresh cut vegetables (carrots, cucumbers and red peppers);
    clif protein bar;
    Grilled steak with sauteed onions & mushrooms; fresh salad with EVOO sugar free dressing; fresh cut vegetables (cucumbers, mushrooms and red peppers)

    Left overs- beef, kale(not sure if im a fan-lots of kale today) peppers, onions and an orange
    Pork chop, broccoli
    Snack- 2 small paleo cookies made with coconut, almonds, apples, cinnamon and eggs. A protein/fat combo with a little fruit.

  18. Waiting to hear back from Phil on the points thing - i am sure it will be fine as soon as mercury passes out of retrograde. :)

    6 eggs in GF beef tallow, coffee, espresso w/ hvy whipping cream, peach
    chicken, salad, small handful of sunflower seeds
    salmon cakes, chimichirri salmon, a little hellmans mayo... a boatload of water

    Chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, apple
    Chicken and tomatoes
    Snack cucumbers, little tomato paleo muffin(nuts, coconuts, cinnamon, eggs.. btw, these are probably a smidge smaller than a muffin top. )
    Almost oz in body weight plus 8+ hours of sleep
