8-13-11 saturday workout

Nice work everyone and hats off to Matt aka “Harp” for sticking it out and completing his first saturday workout as Rx’d! 

For time:

450 m run

150 walking lunge

75 deadlift @ 100#

50 Parallette pushups @ 45# bumper

50 Low ring body-rows (almost supine!)
