You can CrossFit When You're Pregnant?

        Up to 37 weeks through my pregnancy, I worked out. Yes, I did CrossFit. Contrary to popular belief,  I had no problems, and neither did my daughter. I really enjoyed it, and of course, only lifted the recommended weight for pregnancy. 

I would like to thank my coach Todd Ovall, my CrossFit LifeSport family and of course, Jennifer Boyd, for encouraging me to stay fit!






UPDATE: October 2014
Noelle is 5 months and doing wonderful! I am stronger than I have ever been in my life. I've lost more weight than before I was pregnant. I workout at CrossFit LifeSport 2 times a week (that is all I can fit into my schedule).  I'm trying to eat very clean. I have lots of energy for my baby. I want to be a good mom who can keep up with her physically!
