Willikers! March 5th already?! CrossFit Lifesport's 4th birthday is today! About 5 yrs ago i made the best decision of my life and four years ago today that decision had an address. I now view each day as a day of positive triumph and fruition in one way or another. Tip o' the hat to those special people who fight the good fight and thrive within, and thereby facilitate, CrossFit Lifesport! :)
