HEAR YE! HEAR YE!  The CrossFit WOD known as "NATE" (20 minutes to get as many rounds as possible of: 2 ring muscle-ups, 4 handstand pushups, 8 hvy kettlebell swings) is officially hell on earth for bigger people!  ...10 + 3 PR anyway...
