  2. Hit a 330 bench at the end of the day yesterday and ate: 19 blocks thusly - 5 5 2 5 2

    protein choices: whole eggs, chicken breast, pork chop (fat trimmed)

    carb choices: Broccoli, raspberry, blueberry/pomegranate juice (reduced sugar), romaine lettuce

    fat coices: almonds, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds
