Happy summer everyone!

"EVA" was tough but accept and embrace this minor discomfort as just a part of life and watch yourself flourish. It is best used as a reminder to eat some protein, clean carbs, and good fat+fish oil with every meal, and sleep dark for 7-8 hours per night
