Announcement....

i regret to inform everyone that Lifesport Fitness will be closing its doors. . . . . for this saturday the 26th only! HAHA! so the usual FREE fitness frolicking and merriment will resume next saturday!  :)

You may be happy to note that I turned down a chance to socialize with a coworker and have lunch at Pizza Papolis just a few minutes ago... will be having my grilled chicken with asian salad dressing for flavor and some fat along with a couple cups of mixed veggies featuring mostly broccoli and bell peppers and some cherries instead...
