Autumn motivation

Fall is here and the time is NOW to begin keeping off the winter fat. Everyone seems to find false or at least temporary motivation in January. People who really want to get in the best shape of their lives begin on a Tuesday morning in October and stick with it. I can motivate and coach you but you have to get yourself here.   1. I'm working on that Tuesday morning thing, but mine was 10/12 instead of 10/5 since I went on vacation for a week on 10/5....

    Got my first 10/10 day yesterday for your list. Still plan on tracking through the end of the month, but I have my 2 weeks done... or actually 3.5 at the moment...

  2. Autumn is my favorite season.There're many reasons but the significant one is that I enjoy crossfit workout the most in this season. bestcrossfitshoe
