Just recieved 2 new books in the mail today and i am all excited to get my nerd on later and just read with reckless abandon :) The new one is the soon to be best-seller by my mentor and friend, Robb Wolf, 'the paleo solution: the original human diet and the other is the mindblowing classic by T.S. Wiley 'Lights out'. I highly recommend both to ALL of my athletes and anyone for that matter.
Our fun saturday workouts continue at noon every saturday and they are FREE of charge for those trying CrossFit for the first time. Also, 11:00 AM weekday classes are no longer offered.
Last week was an awesome week but that was last week... let's roll on and continue to blast through to new PR's!

ReplyDeleteToo much backsliding in September for me so I am back on strict paleo (including no nuts and no fruits) until Nov. 15! And on November 15 I am going to have one raisin for my cheat day! And I am going to do unweighed unmeasured and not weigh myself either, just to see what happens.
